Kent Lowry graduated from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles in 2003, and was admitted to practice in California in December, 2003. While at Loyola, Mr. Lowry was the editor-in-chief of Volume 23 of the Entertainment Law Review and was a judicial extern for the Honorable Arthur L. Alarcon of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
Shannan Dugan is a former Assistant District Attorney in the San Francisco District Attorney’s Office and has specialized primarily in criminal defense for the last ten years. She has handled hundreds of criminal cases, including driving under the influence, possession and sale of narcotics, theft, assault and battery, and multi-defendant federal drug and conspiracy cases, as well as a variety of other charges.
